You will better understand what I mean when I say that the detailed semen analysis system we have developed and developed in my patient interviews may be hidden.

However, when Emre gave semen, let alone sperm, even the stem cells did not exceed 6-7% spermatids and we could not even see a spermatid with a diameter of 8-10 microns. We realised that the semen was not detailed enough for us due to tubulo-epidididymal obstruction, i.e. blockage or stenosis due to his previous damage. Sometimes even Doppler may not see the damage due to such a fine detail. This is what we call implicit semen analysis. Rather, we use this term in cases where hormones are normal at the first presentation, inhibin b levels are very good, testicular volume is of good diameter in Doppler and the hormonal response in the follow-up is extremely good but cannot be reflected in the semen.
What happened then?
Of course, he immediately wanted to have TESE and in vitro fertilisation, but we said wait a minute, because the testicle is an organ with a pore texture and almost every part reacts in the same way due to an impact like a napkin. For this reason, we planned to give treatment for seven more months and we saw that there was an excessive amount of sperm output with micro TESE procedure. His wife also had plenty of eggs. Many embryos were formed. The doctor transferred a single embryo because her husband’s age was under 30. This trial did not work. We kept our spirits up and she got pregnant with another attempt and her babies were born. I hope they will have more children if they want now.
Ah! State Father, ah! On the one hand, you say you have three to five children, on the other hand, unfortunately, you are still insufficient in social support for such friends. I am telling all state officials here that this friend does not have the courage to try a new experiment because he has no financial reserves. Our second case is a sample case from our hypophysicist friends:
Adnan was single. Awareness has just happened. Maybe it will sound funny to you, but those who made the diagnosis were not doctors, but a patient of ours. Adnan, who had a beautiful girlish face and skin like the handsome hairless in the Titanic series, became a man in appearance after 1.5 years and although the development of the sexual area was quite perfect, we could not see a good enough amount of semen volume in semen analysis, let alone sperm, we could not even see any stem cells that we call germ. On careful examination, the rate of development in the post-testicular pathways of our patient did not go in harmony with the rate of development in the testicle. Although I told the person we were working with at that time on behalf of phytotherapy that he needed the following material, I personally called him and asked him to prepare and send special material to open the epididymis, since he was used to sending medicines by rote. I also checked again to be sure, I looked, the material is correct, let’s use it and let me know if necessary. Twenty days passed and my teacher told me that the smell, volume and appearance changed.
and I had a semen test done, and it was great. So the way was clear. I’m not writing this from myself, we have all the documents with all the details.

Adnan got married. His wife became pregnant naturally after the first month. Their son was born. Although he was a pituitary patient, we have seen that we have encountered this situation in many other patients due to structures that do not grow harmoniously. Therefore, the logic that phytotherapy has no place in a pituitary patient is contrary to such cases. We achieve success by considering the patient holistically and producing a solution-oriented approach, and by thinking in this way because we have repeatedly seen with many experiences that it is not the right approach to always see orthodox medical logic as the only guide.
