Our azoospermia patient Ünal G. reached his goal with the success of the treatment we developed. So, how did this study of ours, which will have a great repercussion?
Sometimes we treat; mature sperm is reached through the normal way. However, most of the time, cell therapy progresses, but it comes to a certain point and stays there. We call this a pause in the maturation phase.
Ünal G. When he came to us due to testicular insufficiency caused by testicular azoospermia and TESE, the stem cell level in detailed semen sperm precursor cell analysis was in the most backward sperm stem cell insufficiency table, which we know as Sertoli Cell Only.
We started his treatment with Bismillâh. We have provided Gonadotropin hormone therapy for about two years by providing the right Phytotherapeutic product support at the appropriate place and time in parallel with the treatment principles we have previously stated. Since our patient could not show mature sperm output, since there was no mature sperm cell used in classical IVF, the closest Elonge Spermatid and the egg cell, which is the classical step of the IVF method, were microinjected with this Spermatid and IVF was performed. Most importantly, a success was achieved in this procedure without TESE. Let it be a lesson for those who say that I do not believe that Elonge Spermatid is seen in Semen!
