Mr Korhan got married in 2008, one year later he learnt that he had azoospermia. He underwent micro TESE at G….. clinic in Ankara in 2009 and got no result. No treatment was given before this procedure.
One year later, in 2010, he received FSH-containing injections for 3 months at the S…. clinic in Ankara, again micro TESE, again with no result. Then they called me three times in M….. hospital in Istanbul with one year intervals, again they did not give medication, again there was no result. In one of them, they even froze and thawed the tissue, no result, microtese was performed in a hurry, again no result. He came to Ankara again. He was treated by Dr K***** for 9 months, but he gave up because he did not want to undergo treatment again. This time he came to Istanbul. Dr T***** saw him, gave hcg for three months and did micro tese, again zero. Pathology sertoli cell only.
Korhan came to us at the end of September 2015. I explained the system. He came for a follow-up three months later. I had made a special injection containing hcg and gluconeuropeptide into the neural pathway from the L4 interval. Three months later, he came to me for a report change. The date was 16 May 2016. Exactly 15 days after this date, he called me in the evening in the evening and asked me what the double stick meant that his wife had done a urine test due to the day delay. This was an impossible situation. I asked for a blood pregnancy test for a definitive diagnosis, he said 549. It was now clear that it was definitely pregnancy. Then the gestational sac, monitoring of hormone levels, and those nine months passed quickly. Their daughter was born.
Neither in vitro fertilisation nor micro thesis. The Almighty said it would happen and it happened. His wife Melike asked me the following question when she came for a check-up in February. Hodja, I wonder if my husband’s sperm can come out normally with your treatment. What did I say? According to me, it is impossible, forget it, let’s forget it, let me not despair you at all, but I said only like 1 per cent! And he sulked at me. He waited for me to say inshallah, biiznillah it will happen so that his wife will not be upset. He cried that night. Even secretly so that his wife would not be upset. Then he murmured these words from his heart:
-My Lord forgive me. I made a mistake even though I should have asked you, I asked a servant, and he set a limit to your power as if he had a monopoly of power. He said it was impossible. However, there is no impossible for you. If you give, you will give. If you don’t, it’s good even if you don’t. But my dear Lord, who knows my heart better than me, if you have judged a good son in your judgement, please do not deprive us of him.
In short, I have learnt my lesson, I have accepted my mistake, I have praised my Lord, who is infinite in His grace and bounty, both for my own soul and for the share of Korhan and his family. May my Lord grant us all to be among the fortunate servants who come out victorious with the most beautiful righteous deed answer without despairing of His mercy with an open heart from the secret of the exams He has opened in order to bring His servants closer to Him in this world of trials.
