Success Story of Karaçuha Couple
We got married on 26.07.2009. About 10 months later, we learnt that we did not have a child and we started to look for treatment. First of all, as a result of the tests we had done in a private hospital, it was seen that there was zero sperm. Afterwards, as a result of the biopsy performed in the same hospital, it was stated that a small number of spermatids were found.
Our next stop was Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine. As a result of the tests, the diagnosis of azoospermia with zero sperm was made once again. Genetic and hormone tests were positive. In the meantime, I had varicocele surgery. In 2011, we had a microtesis at OMU, but we did not get a positive result. They told us that 3 embryos were formed and one of them was implanted, but the report they gave included the following statements “although sufficient material was sent, as learned verbally, sufficient sperm was not found, the patient was discharged with recommendations”.
After this unsuccessful attempt, we took a long break (3 years). We even thought that we could not have a child and that we would adopt a child. Nevertheless, I started herbal treatments with hearsay: Ginseng pills, carob cure-molasses, royal jelly.
At the suggestion of our friend, we met with Dr Celalettin Peru in 2014. As a result of the spermiogram: 10 immobile sperms were seen in all fields, one of which was mobile in place. Firstly, he asked us whether we were tese or not, then he said that I wish you were not because there was a possibility that the testicles could be damaged during tese, and we started the herbal treatment process under his supervision regularly. We also had the pituitary MRI and inhibin B tests he requested. There were no problems with these, and I learned that the varicocele was despite the surgery on the ultrasound. Celalettin did not see the need for varicocele surgery. I learnt that the biopsy and varicocele procedures I had done in private were also unnecessary. We started treatment with the diagnosis of Maturation Arrest.
The herbs recommended and applied by Celalettin Hodja are as follows.

During the treatments, we started to get positive results as a result of the analyses we made at 3-month intervals:
100 sperms were seen in 25.06.2014 analysis.
13.10.2014 analysis showed 100 sperms.
After the last analysis, we started injections with the recommendation of Celalettin Hodja, we used 2*1500 pregnyl injections and 3*75 menagon injections for 3 months. Then, with the recommendation of Celalettin Hodja, we went to Dr. Murat Keskin at the Private Gaziosmanpaşa Hospital IVF Centre. We said that we wanted IVF treatment without micro-testing. He said that he should look at the semen analysis. If there is enough quality and mobility sperm, we will start treatment. 29.01.2015 as a result of the analysis, 3000 sperm were seen (morphology and mobility of low quality)
Dr Murat Keskin asked us to give him the list we wrote above, wondering how we came from the azospermia stage to this stage.
With the micro injection treatment carried out by Dr Murat Keskin, 3 quality embryos were obtained, 2 embryos in the advanced stage were transferred.
After 11 days, we received the good news with the permission of God, my wife was pregnant. We are now in the 7th month, thank God.
