Notes: Carob temporarily increases the level of testosterone you carry and then decreases it if too much is taken and the threshold is exceeded.
Figs decrease the testosterone level due to the increase in prolactin when consumed too much.
Chickpeas are useful for a while in patients who have sperm but have quality problems, they are not related to testosterone.
